When you send your clothes to Emmy for sale in January, we’ll take care of garment care for your shipment. We steam, refresh and finish items so they’re ready to sell. You don’t have to do it all yourself. It’s enough that you make room.

If an item is sale-worthy, we’ll turn it into a bestseller!

Not every garment is instantly ready for a new life.
That’s why we handle the finishing for you.

Please note: this service does not include mending or dry-cleaning.

 

Campaign info

• Free shipping for your seller parcel with code HUOLTO until 31 Jan 2026.

• Write HUOLTO + your seller number on a paper note and place it inside the parcel so we know to service your items.

• Care steps performed by Emmy: steaming, depilling, brushing, and basic care for leather goods.

• We service max 5 items per shipment.

• Available for the first 100 seller shipments that arrive at our processing center.

 

What we handle for you

• Steaming / pressing: easy-to-crease fabrics (linen, silk, viscose)

• Depilling / brushing: knits, wool coats, wool accessories

• Leather care: leather shoes and bags

Note: We do not do alterations or laundry/dry-cleaning. Dirty or damaged items are rejected per our standard selling terms.

 

How to take part (3 easy steps)

1. Sort sale-ready branded clothing, shoes, bags and accessories from your closet.

2. Fill in the seller form with campaign code HUOLTO → shipping €0.

   • Log in to your Emmy account with the email your account was originally created with.

   • You’ll receive a 6-digit login code by email.

   • Go to the seller portal and complete the form.

3. Pack & send: ship via Posti, book a Budbee home pickup, or bring your items directly to the Lohja processing center.

Note: Please send via Posti or Budbee rather than an Emmy drop box so your parcel reaches us within the campaign period.

 

What to send right now

• Outerwear: wool coats, trench coats, leather jackets

• Quality knits: merino & cashmere, turtlenecks, long cardigans and knit dresses

• Footwear & accessories: ankle boots, tall boots, sneakers, scarves, beanies, gloves

• Premium leather goods: handbags, backpacks, wallets

Tip: Send items slightly ahead of the coming season—they sell faster and your returns improve.

 

Packing tips (quick checklist)

• Put a note “HUOLTO + your seller number” inside the parcel.

• Pack neatly in a sturdy tote or cardboard box and seal well.

• Write the EMMY identifier (sent by email) on the outside of the parcel.

• Max parcel sizes: Posti 100×60×60 cm / Budbee 80×60×50 cm (20 kg).
